Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
